Wednesday Words: Les Miserables {the book}

Have no fear of robbers or murderers. Such dangers are without, and are but petty.

We should fear ourselves. Prejudices are the real robbers; vices the real murderers.

The great dangers are within us. What matters it what threatens our heads or our purses? Let us only think of what threatens our souls…

A preist should never take any precaution against a neighbor. What his neighbor does,
God permits.

Let us confine ourselves to prayer to God when we think that danger hangs over us. Let us beseech him, not for ourselves, but that our brother may not fall into crime on our account.

The King and I… I am speechless.

I am so full of happiness right now.

This musical has been a very, very, very, did I say VERY wonderful time. :) I’ve gotten to know so many more people, deepened my existing relationships, and had a fabulous time. We could not have done this without the awesome stage crew and Miss Bonnie and Mrs. L… We owe so much to their love and dedication!

I’ve seen God work so much in myself and in my friends through these several months of being together so much. The three major ways I’ve seen in myself have been 1) learning to let go of offenses, 2) not worrying or being stressed about things, and 3) attempting to love everyone despite their shortcomings. I’m so thankful to God for allowing me to participate in this! I will miss this when it’s over. I love each and every one of you and I am so, so, so blessed to be a part of this.

It’s been real, guys.
